Federal Reserve and Current Financial crisis
The global financial crisis has taken every one under its swing and the reasons why such a big collapse in the financial world has occurred is due to the misadventure of many unfortunate concepts and policies of the government as well as Federal Reserve board. There are many large companies which has failed to pay its due to the government and it has in one way or another made it difficult to fill in the gap of the federal reserve as its not just one but many companies which has failed to pay back.
The government has tried hard in reassuring public regarding the safety of their security and employment as due to the lack of liquidity and with enormous number of companies shutting down their doors; it has become difficult for the government as well to maintain the equilibrium. The Federal Reserve has tried hard and done many kind of implementation in terms of policies as well as framing many policies but to no avail as the analysts say that Federal Reserve is not able to catch and understand the root cause of the problem and that is parallel banking system.
The Federal Reserve can be also said actually a private banking equity which is controlled and monitored by the international bankers. The developing countries like China, Japan, France and others use the funds from Federal Reserve through the treasury bills passed by it. The American economy has always been said as one of the best and most developed and strong from time immemorial but it is true that they just kept the interest rate low and passed the loans easily to increase the graph rate and showing in green all the time but in actuality, that was and not is the case.
Federal Reserve is a non- government institution which has helped internally many of the international bankers in their growth which at the same time has entangled many of the big names in the financial world in to a big trap from which they could never come out. They eventually have to file bankruptcy and now many other companies are following the same foot step.
No one is a major loser other than the general public and mass whose money at the end of the day is manipulated by this large financial machinery and now there is just promises which seems hopeful but everyone knows what will be the end result. There is no end to these big games among big names but one can always try to safe guard themselves by doing a proper research and knowing before putting in money in any kind of investment.
